The palate is light to medium-bodied with a refreshing, zippy acidity. Tropical flavors of melon, papaya, grapefruit zest, followed by hints of citrus blossom, spearmint and a mineral flourish. The wine is clean and lingering, with citrus zest and herbal notes fading into mineral-tinged finale.
